You must not share your login details with any third party. okb3t will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify okb3t immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You agree to cooperate fully with okb3t's verification procedures, including providing copies of valid identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership when requested. okb3t does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
okb3t reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or at okb3t's sole discretion for any other legitimate business reason.
You may close your okb3t account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the okb3t Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to okb3t's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
